Shipping Information:

Orders will be processed and shipped within two(2) business days of receipt.

We currently use US Postal Service to deliver your orders. Standard shipping is usually 2-7 business days from ship date depending on your destination.

Please be sure that the address you chose to ship to is a secure address where someone will be present to receive items. An e-mail will be sent to you with a shipping confirmation from USPS which will give you a tracking number for your order. To track your package, visit USPS.com

Currently, we can only ship to the USA.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Any merchandise returned for credit/refund must be in original (Unopened) condition complete with all packing and original invoice. All returned merchandise must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during the shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees, however shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason. No returns be accepted after 15 days of purchase date.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Any return must be shipped back to zeenafragrances.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by zeenafragrances.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Cancellation:

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.

Claims:

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
